Baratza Encore grinder
- I calibrated it finer, but I don't think this actually matters, it already grounded in the espresso range. The settings I used now just moved to a higher setting.
- I modded mine to make it stepless, and it seems to be stable so far (doesn't visibly move around while grinding), this is a good guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mesRQ2ZdMS4&t=721s
